Antique Belgian ironstone Tureen & Ladle - Boch Freres Keramis
A beautiful antique white ironstone tureen. Modelled in a rectangular sarcophagus box shape with applied scrolling handles and the original lid, which is modelled in the same fluted fashion as the tureen and has a pronounced ornamental looped handle. The underside of the foot bears the elaborate blue maker's transfer for Boch Freres Keramis, Belgium, dating the piece between 1847 - 1880. Complete with an antique white ironstone sauce ladle for display.

There is a small chip on the rim of the lid.
Some age related wear and marks are present, along with a couple of small firing faults and imperfections.
