Antique ironstone teardrop measuring spoon - Maw, Son & Sons, London

An antique white ironstone measuring spoon, made in the teardrop shape with a pronounced handle and black transfer level lines for Table, Dessert & Tea (spoons). The inside of the bowl near the handle bears the black trademark roundel of Maw, Son & Sons, London, a prolific pharmaceutical manufacturer in the 19th and early 20thC.
